One of a terrace of four cottages. Circa 1800. Ham stone cut and squared, with exposed timber lintels; thatched roof; central brick chimney stack. 2-storeys, 2-bays, 3-light casement windows; door in right hand bay has cambered arched ashlar surround. Interior not seen.
