Public house and attached outbuilding. Early C18, domestic part brick fronted in late C18/early C19. Timber frame dark weatherboarded, red brick front to South half. Steep old red tile roof continuous over both parts. A long two-storeys height block facing East, set back from road. Three-cells, two-storeys South part has entrance into heated South room. Later chimney and fireplace to formerly unheated North rooms of this part. East front has three three-light flush casement windows under eaves of brick fronted part, firemark between Right Hand pair, entrance a third from South by boarded door in heavy frame with pitched wooden hood on shaped brackets. A flat-topped canted bay window with divided casements on each side of door. Segmental headed sunk panel to Right Hand. Dark weatherboarded North part with door and upper window next South end. Weatherboarded rear to domestic part with three windows. North part has two stable doors at front and pitching door to hay-loft in upper part. Small tiled weatherboarded lean-to at North end.
