C16, part of a larger whole (RCHM Typescript). Rear block C17. Lean-to
later. 2 storey, 2 window house. Timberframe with steep old red tile roof
hipped to W but gabled to E. Large internal gable chimney in red brick.
Front plastered over rendered plinth. W end weatherboarded ground floor and
plastered above. Upper floor 2,3-light mullioned wood casements with square
leaded glazing. Central plank door modern and flanked by Victorian
casements. Gd floor W end has heavy axial beam exposed. Picturesque.
