House, C18. Roughcast, alternating dressed quoins, coped verges, asbestos slate roof, end brick stacks. Two storeys and
attic, 3 bays, 2 and 3-light moulded stone-mullioned windows with cornice drips; Venetian window to centre of first
floor; outer windows on first floor with iron casements with painted leaded lights; casements and Gothick double-hung
sash to Venetian window; simple casements to ground floor windows. Central door opening in a moulded freestone
surround, paired three-quarter glazed C20 doors, triangular pediment on brackets.
