House. Mid C19. Plastered walls. Gable ended slate roof. 2 brick end
stacks.
Plan: Double depth plan, 3 principal front rooms with an entrance hall
between the centre and left-hand rooms and smaller rooms in an integral
2-storey outshut at the rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 4-window front of original 16-pane
sashes. Contemporary moulded 6-panel door to left of centre under
concreted doorhod with original granite columns at the front.
Interior: not inspected.
