Mill warehouse. 1872. T. Wilson and E. Wheatcroft, engineers.
Red brick with yellow brick dressings. Hipped slate roof. 4
storeys, 2 bay front, having string courses, rusticated quoins
and decorated eaves in yellow brick. Central planked double
doors flanked by single glazing bar sashes. To first and second
floors are 2 blank openings and to third floor are 2 smaller
openings, also blank. All openings have yellow brick keyed
arched heads with imposts. Above the door is a rectangular
stone plaque inscribed "1872 T. Wilson, E. Wheatcroft, engineer".
