Pair of cottages, early C19, situated approx. 250 metres NW of Shonks Farmhouse.
Timber framed, weatherboarded, roofed with handmade red clay tiles. Aligned
approx. NW-SE, aspect SW, with central chimney stack, lean-to extensions to
rear of red brick with catslide roofs. Single storey with attics. 2 plain
boarded doors, 2 C19 casement windows, 2 more in gabled dormers.
