Early Cl6 house, timber framed and plastered, with tile hung gable to south end and
red plain tile roof. 2 storeys. Originally 3 window range double hung vertical
sliding sashes with glazing bars, now with further 2 window range wind casements.
Extension at north end has lower roof. Gabled porch. Red brick chimney stacks.
Staircase tower at rear. (RCHM 26).
