Farmhouse. Dated 1804, stone rubble walls rendered at the front and side. Gable-
ended slate roof of 2 spans. 2 brick gable-end stacks - 2 to the front range and
one at the left end of the rear range.
Plan: double depth plan in 2 parallel ranges, principal rooms at the front and
narrower rear service rooms. Central stairhall.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front, outer windows are original paired
12-pane sashes with a 16-pane sash at centre on the first floor. Central C20 part-
glazed porch with door in right-hand side. Rear range also has mainly original sash
windows apart from one late C20 inserted casement. Central datestone of 1804 on 1st
floor.
Interior: not inspected and probably altered by C20 modernisation but some original
joinery such as the staircase may survive.
