Early 19C. Brick with slate roof. Corner block of 4 shopfronts, 5 Doric pilasters as
surrounds with entablature, incorporating sun blinds above. First floor 4, 12 light,
sash windows with stucco voussoirs, and continuous delicate ironwork balcony at sill
level. 4, 9 light, sash windows above, again stucco voussoirs. Small shopfront and
door onto Waterloo Street, Extra bay set well back, and other end, door and first and
second floor sashes above.
