Cottage. Possibly of C17 origin, sub-divided in C18-C19 and extended at west end later in C19. Timber framed, lathe and plaster rendered and thatched combed wheat reed roof with axial ridge stack and end stack now internal following extension at west end. Single range with lobby entry. One storey and attic. One dormer. Three doorways and windows now all boarded, and dating from the subdivision but the doorway to the lobby entry is still intact. The extension to the west is of one bay. Timber framed, now boarded walls. Low pitch, slate roof. Two storeys.
