Early C19 house of two buildings possibly encasing an earlier building. Two-storeys,
double pile. Gault brick, hipped slate roof, two ridge stacks, boarded eaves. Band
between storeys. Main entry, facing west, of open-sided porch, with slender square-
section columns with recessed panels, plain entablature and flat canopy. Double,
glazed doors with semi-circular fan-light in panelled reveals. Garden facade: range
of four French windows with margin glazing bars and fanlights in segmental arches with
panelled architraves and bracketed pelmets.
Interior: good open-string staircase.
