SW 63 NE WENDRON

1/348 Piggery and stable immediately east
- of Tolcarne Wartha Farmhouse

GV II


Piggery and adjoining stable. Circa mid C19. Granite rubble walls with granite
moorstone dressings. Grouted scantle slate roof over piggery, replaced with
corrugated asbestos over stable. Gable ends.
Plan: On the left is an approximately square-on-plan stable and set back on its
right is a long rectangular piggery.
Exterior: Single storey. Stable has window opening on its left and doorway on its
right. Piggery has 5 doorways at the front, 2 of which are partly blocked. Some old
ledged doors.
Interior not inspected.
