Rectory, now private house. Circa mid C18. extended in mid to late C20. Rendered
and painted stone rubble and cob. Rag slate roof with gable ends with at least 1
early crested ridge tile and rendered brick end stacks. Parallel range to rear with

C20 a further 2-storey parallel range was added across the rear elevation.
Exterior: 2-storeys. Regular 4 window front with circa early C19 sashes retaining
crown glass. C20 part glazed door to left of centre. C19 16-pane sash to left,
canted bay window with C19 sashes to right and 16-pane sash to right which was
renewed in the ate C20. Four C19 16-pane sashes on first floor. 2-storey late C20
extension to rear.
Interior: Lath and plaster partitions and slate flag floors largely insitu. Roughly
chamfered ceiling beams in right hand room. C20 chimney-pieces on ground floor.
