House. Circa early to mid C19. Slate stone rubble with granite quoins, slate hung
on front and side elevations. Rag slate roof with hipped ends and brick end stacks.
Plan: Overall 'L' shaped 3 room plan heated by end stacks with 2 room and central
entrance plan to front range and wing of 1 room plan to rear left comprising kitchen.
Lean-to outshut containing dairy, in angle formed by the 2 ranges.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3 window front with central part glazed C19 6-
panel door. 2 horned circa C20 16-pane sashes to right and left and three 16-pane
sashes above, the sashes to right and in centre probably replaced in the C20. C19 2-
light casement in left hand side wall. C20 garage on right. Kitchen stack to rear
rebuilt in late C20.
Interior: Chimney-piece in left hand room replaced. Circa aid C19 stair partitioned
off from left hand room with C19 panelling.
