The street is now closed and made into a private cobbled yard for the houses, which
are now offices, of mid-later C18 date, and well-restored. Brick, on stone base,
with 2 strings and long and short quoins, 3 storeys, slate roofs, hipped at No
29, with wood eaves cornice. 4,3,4 sash windows, mainly with glazing bars. No
25 has 6-panel door, rectangular fanlight with glazing bars, restored wooden surround
with pilasters, frieze and cornice, No 27 has a 6-panel door and segmental fanlight
with glazing bars, recessed in segmental-headed stone surround. No 29 has cemented
elevation to Wilson Patten Street. Gardens in front.
