Circa 1759, by Middleton. 2 storeys and attics in red brick with slate roof
with 2 square headed dormers. Tumbled brickwork to gable end, moulded kneelers.
Royal Exchange Insurance sign. 4 windows, all reglazed in plate glass, painted
gauged brick heads. 3 windows to ground floor. Wood doorcase with moulded
shouldered architrave, frieze with central tablet, and dentil pediment. Moulded
brick eaves cornice.
