C18 cottage. One storey and attic, possibly timber-framed, and rendered with brick foundations, thatched roof. Ridge and end stacks, one dormer window. Two hung sash windows with glazing bars to right hand. One three-light horizontal sliding sash window to left hand. Gable end door. Later C19 lean-to extensions to rear. Once the "Boars Head" Public House. (Ref Deeds 1844).
