SX 45 SW MAKER-WITH-RAME GARRETT STREET (east side),
Cawsand

9/130 Boundary House

GV II

House. Circa 1750 with some later alterations. Rendered and lined out with slate
roof with gable end stack to right. Double depth plan with entrance to right and
principal front room to left.
3 storeys and 2 windows, all 12-pane sashes at first and 2nd floor, ground floor has
paired 12-pane sash, 6-panelled fielded door to right in moulded architrave with
dentil cornice; cill band courses at first and 2nd floors.
Interior: not inspected but may retain good C18 features.
