SX 45 SW MAKER-WITH-RAME FORE STREET (east side),
Kingsand

GV II

House. Probably late C17 origin, with considerable C20 alterations. Rubble,
painted, asbestos slate roof. Entrance probably originally to passage, with lower
end room to right and upper end room with rear service wing to left; upper end room
heated by rear lateral stack, now exposed free-standing in interior, partition walls
removed C20.
2 storeys and 2 windows, all replacement 12-pane sashes with timber lintels at
ground floor, C20 door with timber lintel set off-centre to right, with blind window
above.
Interior: Completely altered C20.
