House and front garden wall. Early C19. Squared rubble. Graduated slate roof
and stone chimney stacks.

2 storeys, 4 bays with flush tooled-and-margined quoins. 4-panel door and
fanlight with intersecting tracery in third bay in archivolt with cornice hood.
16-pane sashes with projecting chamfered sills and flush keyed lintels. Roof
with coped gables and shaped kneelers. Stepped-and-corniced end stacks and
identical ridge stack to left. Round-arched, mid-wall stair window, with
intersecting-tracery head, to rear.

Interior: 2-flight cut-string dogleg staircase with stick balusters and ramped
handrail. Several 6-panel doors in architraves.

Garden walls: low front section with chamfered coping and pair of narrow stone
gate piers with shaped tops; slightly taller return sections to house.

Attached single-storey, gabled rear wing not of special interest.
