SJ 96 NW NORTH RODE C.P. BUXTON ROAD

House. Early C19. Red Flemish bond brick with stone dressings and
slate roof. Two storeys. Entrance front: Stone plinth, 3 bays,
symmetrically disposed. Central front door above 3 stone steps, with
6 raised and fielded panels and stone surround with arched sunken
panels to sides and flat porch above. Tripartite sash with side
lights of 1 x 4 panes. Segmental relieving arches over. Stone bond
above extending across whole front at level of sills to three first
floor windows, each of 4 x 4 sash panes with flat arched heads.
