II

House. Early C19. Incised stucco, with V-jointed quoins, on chamfered plinth.
Hipped graduated greenslate roof projecting over bracketed eaves; painted ashlar
chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays, with lower extension to rear forming
L-shape. 5-panel door under fanlight with flanking side lights, all with
glazing bars. Ground floor French windows with glazing bars under full length
verandah on patterned cast-iron supports. All other windows are sashes with
glazing bars in painted stone surrounds. End wall right has similar French
windows. Extension of mixed sandstone rubble has plank doors and sash windows,
some with glazing bars, all in painted stone surrounds. Stone mounting block
against rear wall.
