House, formerly College Farmhouse. C18 with later reworkings. Colourwashed
render, apparently over brick. Clay tile roof. 3-window range of 2 storeys
and attics. Ground floor has C20 sashes with glazing bars, central one
replacing doorway. First floor has 3-light casements. Attic has 3 gabled
dormers containing 2-light casements. Chimney stacks to both gable ends, LH
one integral, RH one external. C20 lower block adjoins to RH, with front door
re-sited from main block. 6-panel door surmounted by semicircular fanlight
with ornamental glazing bars.
