1804. Austere Neo-Classical design. Grey ashlar with hipped slate roof, two
storeys, front stuccoed, rear wing of red sandstone. Round-arched entrance with
ornamental fanlight, 2 sash windows down and 3 up, with glazing bars and stone
sills, the ground floor windows slightly set back in segmental headed openings,
tripartite sashes. Large central stack with eight flues in line, a dominant
feature.
