House. C18. Colourwashed roughcast render over timber framed structure. High
brick plinth. Thatched roof. 2-room plan, one storey and attics, gable end
to road, rear elevation towards Woburn Lane. E elevation: 2 windows to ground
floor, 2 eyebrow dormers to attic. All are small-paned 2-light casements. C20
central porch, colourwashed, with tile roof, and glazed door. Colourwashed
brick chimney stacks to both gable ends, RH one external. C20 single-storeyed
addition, colourwashed with clay tiled roof, to LH gable end.
