House. Plaque : "R.L. 1847." Mottled brisk with red brick dressings. Clay
tile roofs. 2-storeyed double-pile block with gabled roofs at right angles.
SE elevation : LH block has mullioned and transomed window with glazing bars,
and moulded brick label with blank shields to stops. First floor casement
window with glazing bars and guaged brick head, breaking through eaves line
into gabled dormer. Front door to R, with 4-centred guaged brick head, under
recessed panel and moulded dripstone which returns around panel. The ground
and first floor windows of RH gable are similar to those of LH block. Gables
have raised brick courses simulating bargeboards. Dentil eaves cornice.
Paired diagonal chimney stacks to NE elevation.
