SX 36 NE CALLINGTON FORE STREET (south side),

Shop with premises above. Circa 1830s-40. Ground floor remodelled in late C20.
Rubblestone, stuccoed on south front with rusticated quoins. Slate roof with gabled
ends and overhanging eaves. Bricks stacks in gable ends. Plan on ground floor
altered. Passageway to rear alley. 3 storeys regular 3 window front. Ground floor
with large C20 glazed shop front. Passageway to right of shop. First floor with
three 12-pane sashes with eared architraves. Second floor with 3 over 6-pane sashes
Eared architraves. Sashes without horns and with crown glass.
Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
