Originally a single farmhouse, now two houses. Mid C17 with later
alterations and additions. Red brick with old tile roof. 2 storeys
and attic, 4 bays, with later 2-storey, 2-bay wing at rear
(south-west) and 2-storey, one-bay wing at front (north-east).
Projecting plinth with partly stone, partly brick-on-edge weathered
top course. Stone quoins at low level. Wall generally of stretcher
bond in thin bricks. One sash window but mainly flush casements with
segmental or cambered arches. One four-panel door with two panels
raised and fielded and two bead and flush. Other doors are C20
replacements. Projecting eaves and verge band.
Interior: Bevelled beams and exposed ceiling joists. The beams in the
south-west wing are chamfered in C18 style. Ledged and battened
doors.
