Model cottage (Cholmondeley Castle Estate) mid C19, of English garden
wall bond brown brickwork with slate roof. Central bay of 2 storeys,
gable to road, has 1-storey brick canted bay window to front and
hip-roofed 1-storey wing to each side. Projecting band at eaves;
shaped bargeboards; lead-roll hips. Central ridge chimney of 3
separated diagonal flues; lateral chimney of 1 flue on left wing,
both of brick. Windows have triangular arched heads; those in
oblique sides of bay window are in triangular arched recesses.
Glazing bars removed. Replaced door in side of right wing.
Interior: not inspected.
