Mid C19. Hammer-dressed stone, ashlar dressings. Pitched slate roof. 3 storeys. Modillion eaves cornice with blocking course. Continuous 2nd floor sill. Continuous moulded impost band to ground floor windows. Rusticated quoins.5 ranges of sashes, ground floor ones round-arched with moulded voussoirs,keystones and panelled aprons, 1st floor ones segment-headed with moulded surrounds and keystones, 2nd floor ones with moulded surrounds. Central 1st floor window has moulded surround pulvinated frieze and segmental pediment. Door with semi-circular fanlight, concave moulding and 2 orders of rusticated surround, the outer one vermiculated.
