Church School by Mallinson and Healey. Dated on rear wing 1858. Hammer dressed stone with ashlar dressings. Steeply pitched gabled slate roofs with small ashlar bell-cote. Single storey. Symmetrical facade with gabled cross-wing to each end, each of which has a 4-light window with ashlar tympanum pierced with a circle containing a 6-pointed star. Seven centre bays, the 2nd and 5th being gabled and have larger 6-light mullioned and transomed windows breaking into gable above eaves. Recent single storey flat roofed extension in front of left wing connected by porch. Hipped wing to rear, left, and 2-storey gabled block to rear, right.
