Earlier C20. Ambitious classical corner building in Portland stone. 3 storeys
plus recessed attic rising at rounded corner to slated and lead-dressed dome.
5 windows to each front plus one to corner and an additional one to Crown Street,
Channelled and arcaded ground storey with carving and decorative ironwork to
entrance. Modillion main cornice with balustrade crowned by urns in front of
attic. Prominent position.
