Dated 1692. Long 2 storeyed stone building with stone roof. Mullioned windows
partly altcred. Simple doorway in western part. Big round arched entrance with
mouldings and recessed doorway in eastern part with drip-moulding rising over it.
Elliptical window over with date and inscription W over ID. Lean-to at rear.

Nos I to 4 (consec) barn to rear of Nos 1 to 4, Holdsworth Farmhouse, barn and
cottage, Holdsworth House with wall, gateway to forecourt, gazebo and barn with
Laurel Sank Nos 1 to 3 (consec) and barn form an important village group.

Holdsworth Farmhouse shall be amended to read:-

cottage, Holdsworth House with wall, gateway to forecourt, gazebo and barn with
