Part of the Royds Hall Estate. Late C18 estate cottages built as a row.
Two-storeys sandstone "brick". Stone slate roofs, chimneys with cavetto cornices.
Two light square mullioned windows, 3 light to easternmost cottage, all with
squared surrounds. Broad squared jamb doorways. Rear outskirts with flush quoins.
