House. Initialled and dated T R

Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. Quoins. 2 storeys. 2-room
front, double-depth with central lobby entry. Doorway with ogee lintel
and cyma moulded surround has date plaque over with continuous drip
mould which steps over doorway. To either side double-chamfered
mullioned windows with lowered sills. Ground floor has 3 wide lights,
1st floor 3-light and 4-light windows. Square gutter brackets. Coped
gables with kneelers and stacks. One other central stack to ridge.

Interior: Housebody has chamfered spine beams with jewelled stops. Wide
segmental-arched fireplace with cyma moulded surround and joggled voussoirs
with to left, original carved oak cupboard with lozenge decoration
initialled and dated "TIR 1698".
