Late C18 two-storey estate farmhouse. Sandstone "brick" with rusticated raised
quoins. Plat band. Consoles to moulded gutter cornice. Stone slate roof with
saddlestones, corniced chimneys. Two windows to both floors, tripartite, square
mullioned, in squared frames. Plain squared jamb doorway. The rear has flush
quoins.
