4/60 Manor Cottage

GV II
House. C18. Ashlar with pantile roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Half-glazed
door under stone lintel to right, in what was part of Holly Tree Cottage.
All windows are 12-pane side-sliding sashes, those to ground floor have
stone lintels and keystones. Shaped kneelers, stone coping, ridge stack and
end stack to left.
