Cartshed and stable or byre, with dovecote above. c.1800. Lower part in coursed cobble and sandstone rubble; upper part in red brick in English garden wall bond. Pantile roof. Square on plan. Two storeys, one bay. Board sliding door with long timber lintel at right. Vented band of open brickwork at loft level. Above, semicircular recessed panel containing doveholes and landing platforms. Left return: cart opening with long timber lintel, now closed with large-pane window. Similar dovehole panel above, in gable end. Canted ground floor corner between front and left return, beneath jettied upper floor. Right return: partly obscured by one storey range of outbuildings which encloses ground floor stable door, and small plank door to loft. Range of outbuildings not of special interest.
