pantile roof. 3-cell, hearth-passage plan with outshut to high end.
2-storey, 2-window high end, with lower 2-storey, 2-window low end to left.
Board door to low end, with 2-light, large-pane horizontal-sliding sash to
left: 2-light, 12-pane horizontal-sliding sash above. Roughly herringbone-
tooled lintels to these openings. Further to left is a stable door with a
plank shuttered pitching window to left. Openings to high end are 6-pane
sashes in plain raised surrounds with vertically-tooled sills. Coped gables
and shaped kneelers. End stacks to high end, and centre stack to low end.
Left return: kneeler to front of building incorporates an earlier datestone
and records the C19 rebuilding. Inscription reads:

Rear: single-storey outshut with catslide roof to high end. Plank door to
cross passage in low end. Interior: in the room to left of the door an
early Cl9 stone fireplace with a corbelled mantel shelf survives, complete
with crane and reckon. House for sale at time of resurvey. The sales
particulars indicate that the interior is unmodernised.
