C19 early pair of cottages, altered late C19. 2 storeys and basements. 2 windows
each with blind 1st floor window between houses. Relaid stone slate roof with
wide eaves and gutters carried by wrought iron brackets; stack of yellow Scarborough
brick.Grit stone rubble, ashlar dressings. Recessed sash windows; late C19 splayed
window bays rising through ground and 1st floor with cast iron balcony between
at 1st floor level. Cast iron porches; recessed doorways with panelled reveals,
fanlights and ½ glazed doors approached by steps with wrought iron railings.
Wrought iron railings to areas.

Nos, 8 to 13 (consec) and Nos 15 to 20 (consec) form a group.
