1. 5338 REGENT PARADE Nos 10 & 10A, Nos 11 & 11A. SE 3055 NE 15/163 SE 3155 NW 17/163 GV II

2. Mid. Cl9 pair of shops. 3 storeys. 3 windows each. Slated roof with coped gables and kneelers. Grit stone ashlar. Bracketed gutter. Plain sill bands. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars. 1st floor end bays of each house with splayed bay windows with cornices. Wooden ground floor shopfronts with pilasters carrying entablature (Nos 11 and llA with console bracketed cornice); shop windows with arched lights (Nos l0 and IOA altered). Recessed house doorways with fanlights and fielded and panelled doors. House and shop entrances approached by steps. Included for group value.

Nos 1 to 3 (consec) Nos 6 & 7, Nos 9 to 13 (consec) and Nos 15 & 17 to 19 (consec) together with Nos 1A, 2A and 11A form a group.
