and kneelers. Grit stone ashlar. Bracketed gutter. Plain sill bands. Recessed
sash windows with glazing bars. 1st floor end bays of each house with splayed
bay windows with cornices. Wooden ground floor shopfronts with pilasters carrying
entablature (Nos 11 and llA with console bracketed cornice); shop windows with
arched lights (Nos l0 and IOA altered). Recessed house doorways with fanlights
and fielded and panelled doors. House and shop entrances approached by steps.
