Early C18. Rendered. Slate roof. Coped gables on moulded kneelers. Two storeys and
attics. Four bays to garden: sashes with glazing bars. Flat-topped attic dormers.
On street front centre bay breaks forward slightly: cased flush-framed sashes with
glazing bars. Door with 6 panels (4 fielded) in panelled reveals with reeded
pilasters.
Interior. Contemporary staircase with very bulbous vase-shaped balusters, similar to
staircase in No 26 (St Agnes House) High St Agnesgate.
