House, back-to-back with No 1 Bell's Bank (qv). Early C19. Rendered stone,
Welsh slate roof. Three storeys, irregular windows, sashes with glazing bars
except for a Yorkshire sash in top floor of gabled projecting left section. Six-
panel door.
