Small house, set back from road. Probably mid C18, (with alterations). Coursed
herringbone-tooled sandstone; pantiled roof. 2 storeys and attic. 2 narrow
bays. 4-panel door. To right a small C20 casement, to left a late C19 sash, on
each floor. Wide, 4-light C20 dormer. Included for group value.
