Small cottage, probably a raised wash kitchen. Early and later C19. Roughly
herringbone-tooled coursed sandstone ground floor, brick first floor. Pantiled
roof with stone copings and kneelers, brick chimney; copper roof on dormer.
Rendered gable end to road. Main south-west front 1½ storeys, 2 bays. Off-
centre boarded door with very small sash to left; C20 2-light casement to
right. Early C20 sash above in half dormer. Wide stone-copings on block
kneelers; right end chimney. Left return to street blank but for a small fixed
light. Lean-to north-east extension. Included for group value.
