House, now Post Office and attached cottage to right. C17, probably heightened and refronted in C19 with reset datestone: 'c 1680. I M.' Coursed rubble sandstone. Pantile roof. Original plan two-cell direct entry. Two-storey, two-window front.
Former Post Office has C20 glazed door and shop window, with four-pane sash above.
Cottage to right has boarded door with 12-pane sash to left and C20 fixed-light window above. Blocked fire-window between ground floor windows with datestone above. Hammer dressed stone lintels to all ground floor openings except shop window. Coped gable with kneeler to right. Originally single stack to right of centre.
