Mid C19. Pink brick. Hipped slate roof. Three storeys. Modillioned wooden eaves cornice. Horizontally channelled ashlar ground floor, with moulded cornice. Three bays to Market Place, one canted corner bay, and five bays to Finkle Street. Sashes, segment-headed on first floor. Windows on corner bay have moulded stucco frames, that on first floor with keystone, moulded pilasters and gadrooned consoles to plain cornice.
