Cottage. C17. Slobbered rubble, stone dressings, stone slate roof. 2 storeys,
5 bays. Entrance to left of centre has chamfered surround and a broad hood
consisting of a stone slate slab supported by a corbel on either side of the
lintel; C20 door. To left is former 4-light chamfered window, now 2 light as only
central mullion remains; containing a C19 sashed window without glazing bars and a
fixed light. Remaining windows have C19 and C20 casements or fixed lights.
2 ground floor chamfered windows to right; upper floor has 4 chamfered windows of
1, 3, 1, and 2 lights respectively. Right hand bay has blocked ground floor
entrance and blocked upper floor window. Gable end and central ridge stacks. Rear
contains 2 bay projection under catslide roof of slate; former 2 light chamfered
window with mullion now gone and 3-light chamfered window. Right-hand return of
projecting bay contains external stack supported on 2 rough stone corbels.
